Humans frequently insist on deliberately doing things to themselves that are painful. This brings up a question:
Am I human?
The answer must be yes, thus:
Why am I making myself run?
My aunt challenged me to enter a three mile race with her in eight week's time. I've hardly exercised in a year.
Waaaaaaaah.

Yikes!
Which aunt?
Good luck, I'm not sure anyone could ever motivate me to run three miles.
I don't have anything brilliant to add (you know how I feel about self inflicted torture...) I just wanted to be counted among your adoring fans.

How about 1 mile? You know you want too... :)
Drewy: awww... I feel very, um... adored. Haha. :-D
i run for nobody.... it is against my religion... :P
I ran the 1 mile race at the family convention and that was enough for me. Good Luck!
See here is the funny part..I decided to start running just for the stupid fun of it. Hmm..stupid is as stupid does so I hear, but anyway, at least you started for a good reason I started just cause :/
Just cause is a good reason. :)
Count ME in as one of your adoring fans, too, Rachel! YOU GO, GIRL. As far as self inflicted torture, I'm all for it as long as it's not me. But I heartily respect those who can endure it. Where is this race to be held? Will there be a chance for your adoring fans to line the course and cheer you on?
Suck it up!
