A tv show or Christmas Eve are the first things that come to my mind.
Hmm...24...the number of minutes I need to effectively clean the kitchen, vacuum the living room, change 2 diapers, and start dinner. :)

the first thing that popped into my head was how old I was. Until I realized that I wasn't yet. And then I thought of Christmas Eve too.

I do the same thing, WC, when someone asks me how old I am... I'm close enough to 24 that I forget that I'm not, which means I tend to stumble over my words a bit... oooh well.

you in March and me in January...I'm still older! ;) Crazy huh~! 24 years old... too bad the numbers didn't get littler...but wouldn't we still dread it because we'd still be getting older and we'd be like I can't believe I'm going to be 3 next year... so horrendous...like if everyone was allotted a number like 75 when they were first born than they'd go backwards like on their birthdays.....anyways it's late and I'm talking nonsense! When's the birthday?
definitely the tv show! but not kiefer sutherland...i prefer to call him jack. this is something clyde and i argue about. he always refers to people in movies/shows by the actor's name, and i insist they be called by the name of their character, since that's who they ARE in the movie. Only seven episodes left in season four for me...by i saw five of them last may.
funny, it didn't occur to me until just now that 24 is, in fact, MY age. Weird. I read all that everyone else said, and never connected that number to myself.
And won't this year be your golden birthday? That is to say, I also remember that as being your birth day.
